- What is the delivery time period?
Orders within India are delivered within 7 – 10 working days, and other bulk orders are delivered in 10 to 15 working days (normally takes 5 – 7 working days). Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address.
- Do you apply any shipping charges?
Within India, Herboage.com provides Free Shipping for Prepaid orders above Rs 500. There will be a shipping charge of Rs.100 on all orders of Rs. 500 or below. COD services are currently not available. For shipping charges anywhere in India please contact us on Herboage@gmail.com.
- Our Shipping safe promise?
We promise our customers one of the best experiences of online shopping for herbal products that is hassle free and reliable. We take care of all parameters that ensure your delivery reaches you in a sound state.
- Customers can not return their orders until the product is having any signs of manufacturing defects but can exchange them within 3 working days of the order delivery.
- All exchange or return products must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- The product amount will be credited back to his/her Herboage.com wallet, bank account or mode of payment, Discount coupons will be issued once we have received the products and quality check is done.
- Refund of shipping charges is NOT applicable.
- To self-ship your returns/exchanges, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For returns/exchanges, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service. Please share shipping details on Herboage@gmail.com with your Order ID mentioned.
- Note: For replacement/exchange, kindly follow the exchange procedure for the product you want to replace and then use the store credit/discount coupon we give you in Herboage account to place the order for the new product.
- For products without any manufacturing defect/ fault from our end, we are NOT entitled to bear the return/exchange shipping charges. However, with a charge of Rs.150, reverse-pickups can be arranged in cases of Dislike/dissatisfaction, Wrong Product ordered, Incorrect quantity ordered, or any such issue where we are not at fault.
- The Purchased Amount will be refunded as a Discount coupon to the Customer or reverse of payment mode made by the user as per availability & circumstances.
- Incase of manufacturing defects, Customers are requested to share an image/video of the product received for verification purpose at Herboage@gmail.com. We can process a replacement/return only after a verification process is completed.
What are the terms and conditions for refund?
- You can ask for a refund/free replacement against any of your order within 3 days of its date of delivery, provided that the products are found to be defective/damaged.
- All refunds will be credited in your original payment mode (initiated with 1-2 working days) within 5-7 working days or in your Herboage Wallet as store credits which you can use to shop on Herboage.com (customer demand).
- If you are a guest user you will need to register with the email address which you had used to place your order to access your account.

What are the rules for Courier/Shipping charges refund?
- In case of manufacturing defects, for all self-shipped returns, we will provide you a cash back of Rs.50 (Herboage wallet credits) for shipments weighing up to 500 grams.
- For every next 500 gram slab, an additional Rs.50 will be added to the refund amount.
- If you happen to return 3 products, your return shipment weighs 1250 grams and would give you a cash back of Rs.110.
- Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed our cash back rates. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service.
- Speed Post is a government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
- Courier refund rates are fixed and will not change depending on the courier service you choose to return the product.
- If the courier cost is lesser than Rs.110, you will still be receiving a cash back of Rs.50.
How long the refund procedure takes?
- The refund procedure will be initiated within 24-48 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, the amount will reflect in your bank account (within 5-7 working days) or Herboage wallet (within 1-2days) as store credits or Discounts coupons exclusively for you will be provided.
Where should I return my product?
You are requested to courier the product to us at the address mentioned below and we will reimburse courier charges incase of manufacturing defects only. (You will be credited Rs.50 cash back. If courier costs more than Rs.110, please retain your invoice and we will reimburse you accordingly).
I haven’t received my refund yet. What should I do?
- We update our customers through emails and phone calls once we initiate the refund procedure.
- If our last email states that we have initiated the refund procedure, kindly wait for the process to complete within 5-7 working days.
